“Got my nails done here, i got a cat eye on the tips. Its so far the worst experience i got done, and it was expensive too for the work i got done. I do not think its worth my money for how the work looks. The lady Amanda, was not the nicest as she seems to be, and telling me that i can’t tell her how to do my nails, when i was letting her know only how i would like my nails done to my liking. I don't see how thats a problem and also complaining for how long i take which is not my fault but the techs doing my nails. Overall today there was unprofessional because i waited from 12:15 pm to 3 to get my nails done, no communication from the lady at all, i asked how long for me, i was waiting already, she told me 30 min, i left and came back and waited and hour instead, she started my nails around 3. Why lie to your customers about how long they wait be honest.. im disappointed, i wrote this just for a heads for when you do come in. They can’t do too much designs, so if thats what your want i dont recommend this place they “take too long for you” how the boss lady told me today. If you will be doing something simple then its great the nails here last a long time, but for something more sophisticated i do not recommend. Theres more i would like to say about my experience but i will leave it at this”

“Today was my very first time going there and it was the best choice I ever made I am planning to go back there. It's going to be a permanent nail place. The place is beautiful, neat, and clean. The workers are respectful and understanding. The owner did my nails she did an excellent job and she helped me pick the color for my nails. She's very friendly, respectful. I can't wait to try different things especially when it comes to my nails and pedicures. I am happy that I found a new nail place to get my nails done. As a first-time customer, I had a great experience with them and I hope I have more great experience.”

“I gave this spot a chance because I was desperate and in a rush. I am happy I did. The staff was friendly and my gel pedicure was great. No polish chipping and very neat. I waited a few days. This salon is also very clean. The new owners are doing a good job so far. I plan to return and get my nails done. Update: 3 weeks later and my toes still look great. I’ll definitely be back”

The first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful the Salon was. The staff was friendly and patient with me as I picked out my color. I believe my tech was named Mai she was awesome. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend UNA if you’re in search of a new nail salon.”
