“I hate leaving bad reviews but I think it would be helpful for others to know the issues I experienced. They remove fake nails by ripping them off of your nail and then drilling your nail until it’s paper thin. I specifically said I hate when the nail is very messy and painted too far from the cuticle and by the end they did exactly that. It’s only been 2 days since I got them done and they look like they are more than a week old. I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 20 years….I thought we left the era of crazy nail damage due to lack of knowledge on how to properly remove and apply nail products. Very disappointed like never before.”

“After coming here for quite some time, I have to say I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences. I used to love coming here for a cute mani/pedi, but after taking a break over the winter and returning recently, the quality seems to have gone downhill. My dip manicure started peeling within 3 weeks, the pedicure was just average, and the classic manicure didn’t even last 24 hours. There was little to no cuticle care for either the manicure or pedicure, and the manicure honestly felt more like a simple polish change with some filing. Everything is so rushed.. even when there are no other clients! It’s disappointing because I genuinely used to enjoy coming here, but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.”

“Ever since the new owner took over, I have been beyond impressed. They are so friendly and work with you to get exactly what you want. My nails last so much longer than they have with past salons (~5 weeks) and they are reasonably priced. My first interaction was when my daughter needed her nails taken off and it was actually passed their regular closing time. The owner was so understanding and still took her. They have my business as long as they are there to give it!”
