“Ken just gave me the most GORGEOUS dip manicure! I was referred here to him, and am not disappointed!!! He was so meticulous getting the shape perfect, and the colors and shine matched my inspo exactly. I asked for Hailey Bieber’s glazed donut nails!”

“Nice job with the nails for me and a friend but don’t let them subtly mention the “massage”, designed to confuse and upcharge for basically nothing. 10% off if you pay cash but they expected us to take the savings and increase the tip. I was so insulted that the massage was a zero and I was asked to leave a bigger tip. What happened to tipping based upon service provided? Was supposed to be a fun pre-vacay relaxing time was soured at the end. Tired of the greed and entitlement.”
