“My first experience was good.. I’m not so sure about my second. I personally like the atmosphere and I normally am very happy customer. But today I guess things were a little different. I’m not sure the persons name who did my nails but I personally felt my experience could have been better. I have before and after photos. The before is me leaving the salon and the after is me finishing them up at home. I really don’t know what to say or feel but thanks anyways.”

I was genuinely impressed with the customer service and how seriously they took my concerns. They invited me in the very next day, and Ben made sure the base of my nails was corrected. Lina then gave me a beautiful manicure, and she was extremely gentle and attentive the entire time. She made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the effort they put into making things right. It felt like honest business and I was very impressed. I will definitely be coming back moving forward.”
