“In the past they were decent now they hired new staff. the gel is terrible and only last up to 2 days. they singed off my eyelashes in a lash perm appt. And tried to charge me $68 .I said I'm not paying for this quality of work! You chemically burned my eye I have to go to the hospital.then the guy behind the desk told me “it's not the quality, it's the price that u have a problem with huh".”

“The technician understood that my eyebrows were thin but instead of working with the thin areas she waxed them off so now my eyebrows are uneven. It looks like my eyebrows are straight with no definition in them. I was very embarrassed to walk out of the store and visibly upset.”

“I just spent nearly 200 on wax and lashes at this place. Ann did a great job with my lashes but when i got home and took a look in the mirror i found myself plucking hair from my eyebrows. How could you miss that? I have coarse hair so its clear to see. If im spending that much and having to come home and clean up more... then you can guarantee i wont be visiting this place again. Ill stick to the low price salon in wahiawa. I never have to clean up after them. And not to mention the customer service is horrible. Granted they have a few polite employees but majority have attitudes.”

“Tiffany did my eyelash extensions , I recommend her :) I had a fun time talking to her when she did my lashes. She will make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. The front staff who greeted me was friendly too :) . Just wish there was more of a bigger waiting area.”
