“I went in after looking at the prices stated on their website, $47 for a full set and I paid $85. Not only this, my artist would not go to my desired length so my nails are too long and ripped my natural nails. My artist also completely disregarded the design I wanted and did what they wanted. Additionally, my nails were scratched up upon leaving the nail salon. My friend got a bunch of stickers instead of the cross designs she wanted, she is not happy and also paid $85 for it to look like a toddler did her nails. I am not happy; waste of money I will not be back. I wanted these blue ones but shorter and I got this.”

“If I could give this place NO stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! They didn’t listen to what I told them I wanted or my daughter wanted! We waited for over an hour before we were serviced, if it wasn’t for them starting my daughter’s acrylic full set of nails we would have walked out. The lady put the nails on then left my daughter sitting for over 40 minutes before she went back to her. I got a mani/pedi nothing fancy no design etc, they tried to charge me 125.00! They did a horrible job within 2 days my nails were peeling one of my nails broke- my real nails! They tried not to honor the special that they were advertising, and to top it off: they tried using the same pedicure tool set that they used on someone else on my daughter’s feet! Absolutely disgusting,!the general esthetic of the place looks clean but their practices are dirty and disgusting! Do not ever frequent this horrible establishment, a WASTE of money!”

“Unfortunately, I listened to the most recent reviews on this place and went in to get a pedicure and acrylics. I blame myself for not just leaving. The pedicure area is so dirty. Their tool box was just sitting on the dirty floor. Along with not using new clean tools, he also used the cuticle tool to unplug the foot bath and just put it back in the cup he was pulling tools from. So no surprise I have an infection on my toe now!! My acrylics aren’t the worst but no cuticle care so they don’t look amazing. They were nice but they really need to take care of the issues of cleanliness and sanitation.”

“The manager Kelly was super nice! She was fun to work with on designs! She did some fun Valentine’s nails. The place is clean, the environment pretty, lots of color options and the pricing is very fair.”

“Okay so I never post negative ratings but I had the WORST experience here. I called prior to coming in, asking if they could do tortoise shell nails, to which they responded yes. So I came in and showed the first photo as inspo but I wanted them in an almond shape. The second photo is what I got. I was trusting the process bc surely they know what they’re doing, but oh I was so wrong. I asked them to redo with a different design since mine turned out nothing like the inspo pic. He had another person come out to do the new design (photo 3). And while, yes they are cute, they are transparent and you can see my natural nails (I have a habit of biting) and one has come off on day 5 and 2 others are lifting. When I called to ask about a refund since the whole experience was bad, they said their policy is that they can only offer a refund after 3 days.”
