“I visited this nail bar with two other coworkers. We each requested a spa pedicure with gel polish. I’ve been getting spa pedicures for years and this is by far the worst pedicure I’ve received, especially for the amount of money charged. We visited on a Sunday at noon. The place had a few customers, which probably should have been my first clue of things to go wrong. The spa is clean and pleasing to the eye, but the technicians performed a lazy service on all three of us. They lost money because my two coworkers were each planning to get a full set of nails with chrome polish, but after the horrible pedicures, we all changed our minds. My technician gave me in hand packs 4,5, and 6 of my spa treatment. The messages were rushed. Again, there was no one in there; therefore, no need to rush. If a service is amazing, I don’t mind paying and providing a good tip. This service subpar to say the least. You lost three new customers.”

“Tina is amazing! She has been doing my cluster eyelashes for a few months now and she is exceptional! I have very small eyelashes to work with and I've actually had another place on the Gulf Coast that said I didn't have anything to work with. I also didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for them either. Well, I told Tina when I walked in and she said no problem! “I came to TV Nails Bar on July 18 for a pedicure and a full set. I arrived that morning around 9:00–10:00 a.m. Unfortunately, my nails weren’t done the way I had hoped, and I left feeling disappointed. I thought about it for the rest of the day, and someone who had actually seen me at the nail shop suggested that I reach out to Myrna before just accepting it. I’m so glad I did. I returned around 6:30 that evening, and Myrna asked me to come back so she could see my nails for herself. As soon as she looked at them, she understood exactly what I was talking about and immediately offered to redo my full set at no charge. She was kind, professional, patient, and never made me feel uncomfortable. Even though I came back only about 30 minutes before closing, Myrna still took her time and completely redid my nails. She didn’t rush, and she made sure I was happy with the final result. I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Customer service says a lot about a business, and Myrna definitely showed that she stands behind her work and wants her customers to leave happy. Going forward, I’ll be booking my appointments with Myrna. She stays busy, so I definitely recommend making an appointment if you want to see her. Thank you again, Myrna, for making everything right. I’ll definitely be back!”

She’s very sweet and knowledgeable and takes very good care of you and does a fantastic job she is a hidden gem That more people should know about. She does cuts color, highlights, extensions, everything!!! Men and women and children as well if you want it, all-around beauty experience come to TV Nails bar!!
