“I stopped in here for a pedicure while running errands nearby. I usually go to the Friendly Nail Salon across the street, but I noticed the banner outside advertising “up to 50% off all services” for their soft opening and decided to give this place a try. The technician who helped me was very kind and sweet, which made this a little hard to write. She seemed like a genuinely nice person. However, the pedicure itself was unfortunately very mediocre. I’m honestly not a very picky person about pedicures, but it did feel like she was unsure about some of the steps and second-guessing herself throughout the service. The touch was extremely light, and overall it didn’t feel like a very confident or polished pedicure experience. The main reason I’m leaving this review though is the discount that’s advertised outside. The banner clearly states there are discounts on all services during the soft opening, but when I checked out I was charged full price. No one mentioned any details about the promotion when I came in, and I assumed the discount would automatically apply since it’s advertised right on the front of the building. I really hope the management takes this feedback constructively. The technician I had was very kind, and with proper training she could probably do well. It would also help if the promotion advertised outside was clearly explained or honored so customers understand what to expect before their service.”

“Beautiful new shop in a great location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the whole process was easy. I got a basic fiber-gel French manicure on my natural nail. My artist took his time and made sure I was satisfied several times throughout the process. Will definitely be back.”
