“Please compare read and view carefully. Photo that shows the blue sleeve are my nails years without salon manipulation and no augments. Just natural strong long beautiful healthy nails I walked into the salon that way with the nails you see here. I want to first say of you have nails naturally like mine do not go to a nail shop. At no nail shop anywhere in the world belongs beautiful healthy nails. The product used is made to bind to your natural nails and fuse with it and once it’s time to soak off and since the layers are bound the way they are your top layers of nail are coming off with it as the product literally takes over the entire top surface and dissolves your real nail palate. My nails photos shown after soak off are so weak I cannot even scratch my scalp or legs without feeling my nerve endings and my nail bending which they absolutely do not do. I got not add one for the purpose of protecting my nail and this stuff ended up like MMA anyway tearing into my nails and filed off with a too hard dremel. Let me explain why I sand the product fused with your nail, see my thumb It shows the slight bubbling from the product used to set as the base and who knows what else at the same thickness as what my new growth is coming in as not to mention look how close the product is seeped into my nail it’s fused I cannot even file that off I’m sure without it just thinning my nails the rest of the way. My nail beds are not flat like this but even where there is no pitting from hard dremel you can clearly see that the nail bed thinning is from product fusion leaving nails ways thinner than when you walk into a salon. When you get soak offs your nails come off with it because all of it is improper. If you have beautiful nails DO NOT GO TO A SALON”

“I have always had a great experience here until today. I came in wanting dip with a tip. The person doing my nails clearly didn’t want to do that and told me she would be doing builder gel instead ($15+ more). She then rushed through my appointment and put very little care into what she was doing. My nails are different lengths. The tips are filed horribly (not round but very rough), two nails are applied very crookedly, and the top coat on one of my nails is not smooth. For a $76 appointment, I would expect a MUCH better experience. This was very disappointing, and may keep me from returning. Quality should not be sacrificed for clients just to get more people completed. We did make an appointment, so the time should have been accounted for. I returned to the salon and they provided the service I had originally requested and wow, I couldn’t be happier! They are exactly what I had hoped and what I had originally asked for! Fantastic ownership and customer service, we will for sure be back! I so appreciate their efforts to reach out and remedy the situations. I am thrilled with the dip with tip, and I am leaving this time feeling so much better! Updated picture at the end.”
