“Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and will not be coming back again. I requested a gold chrome french tip manicure and pedicure, showed the male staff member my inspiration and he still didn’t understand. Approached me with a gold glitter polish in which i had to relay multiple times “gold chrome”. The pedicure was lacking (lukewarm water, quick scrub, no toe separators applied before painting) and the staff member did a horrible paint job with the base. You could tell he didn’t understand or knew how to complete my request but reassured me he knew what he was doing. Mind you, it took over an hour just to do my pedicure and the salon was closing soon. I had to tell the male staff to stop and requested another person. Thankfully this new staff member was quick and did exactly what I wanted. I was able to also get my manicure completed before closing. If you ever do come here the person I had to fix my nails was named Eric, I believe. Please go see him only. Overall environment was dirty and hot. I saw staff using old buffing equipment on customers.”

The staff was incredibly kind and understanding about how much this meant to me. They did an absolutely beautiful job on the detailed design work and were so gracious throughout the entire appointment. I'm so grateful for their care and talent, and I'll definitely be returning.”
