Tip Toe NailSpa

“I’m gonna go back tomorrow to see if I can get this redone. I wanted a black nail with red moonlight, but this is what I got. I got cut in the process. I know they can do better than this, so this rate is temporary (honestly). I have some pics below. Look for yourself. The place was beautiful, and the shop is homey. I had a good time, though I was in a rush. I told my nail tech not to rush because that time crunch was on me, not him. I love quality work even if it takes a long time. Hoping for a good edit. *Edit* I went back, and she fixed them. They look really cute now. I’m glad she didn’t make me feel bad for coming back. It would be a 5-star, but I got cut. I'd suggest slowing down a bit. Don't come if you are in a rush. They do really good nails, slow down.”

“Went to this nail salon for over a year. Honestly I was referred by a friend to go there because their prices are lower than most places. The pedicures given by the senior females were good. I noticed I had to do a lot of coaching when I wanted simple work done on my fingernails and that I’d get assigned with just anyone (males 99% of the time). There was a specific female who told everyone what to do, who coached them until they got it closer to my liking each time. After going faithfully I got tired of coaching and specifically asked for one person (female who coached) to do my nails after them breaking, chipping, etc just a couple of days and always having to find time to go in for them to correct something. This was a request that was not met. At that point they messed up my nails super bad and she totally ignored the request and kept seeing only a specific looking type of client as she always did. They can’t do French tip. Don’t know how to shape nails.”

“Got my nails done this weekend. Love the color but they cut me up! (Pic included). They were all nice but i dont want to hurt when I get my nails done. Also told them twice that i wanted lots of length taken off and almost none was taken off. Definitely wont go here again. I work with my hands and the cuts definitely hurt and the chance of infection is high”
