“I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to leave a review of my experience yesterday. I have been going to this nail salon for almost 2 years. They are pricey, but I usually am pretty satisfied with their work. Yesterday I decided to get my nails done and my usual lady Destiny was not there so they put me with another young lady named. After asking how much it would be for a nail cut down, I decided not to get it. The worker consulted with her coworker after my decision and she proceeds to tell me that they were gonna charge me $10 for my current length of nails which forced me into getting the $5 cut down. After questioning why I would be charged $10 for the current length of my natural nails (Which was about a medium/a little longer), she proceeded to tell me that either way I would be charged for my natural length or a cut down regardless. After expressing my shock towards the situation, the worker proceeds to do my nails and aggressively files the skin off the side of my pinky nail to which I reacted in pain. I received a basic service, but ended with paint all over my nails and fingers. I am truly unhappy about this experience and I will not be returning.”

“It was my first time at The Nail X Bar and I’m so happy I came! My aunt comes here and speaks highly of the establishment so I wanted to see what it was all about and I loved my experience! My husband and I got the classic pedicure and we both enjoyed it throughly! The nail technicians Hannah and Holly were so sweet and gentle. The sugar scrub smelled amazing and felt great also! They did a beautiful job☺️ I will definitely be back🩷!”

“I absolutely loved my experience at this nail salon! I got the milk and honey pedicure, and it was everything I needed and more. My nail tech really took her time and paid attention to every detail, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing and worth it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was just perfect…calm, clean, and inviting. And I have to mention my favorite part… I LOOOOVE getting my complimentary Sprite every time! My toes came out looking amazing. I’ll definitely be back! 💅🏾✨”

“I enjoyed my experience w/ the young man, his name slips my mind, but he ATE UP my nails 💅….they are GORGEOUS + I KEEP getting nonstop compliments!!!! Yes 🙌 YES……don’t walk to X Nails…RUN 🏃‍♀️….because they going to get you together EVERY TIME!!! Good job guys 👍 I’ll be back soon to get them feet 🦶 DID lol 😝”

“I would give this place 3.5/5! Only because I had set an appointment about a week ago for a friend and I on a Friday @5:30pm. I was getting a rose pedicure with gel and a full set of nails with dip powder plus a design. My friend was getting a full french set. When we got there it was apparent they were busy understandably, but thinking we had an appointment it wouldn’t be an issue. We both did not leave the salon until 8:45pm, being the last customers out. I understand that walk ins are constant, but I feel that there should be better management of prioritizing those who made appointments vs those who walk in. I was definitely not expecting to be here over 3 hours long after having set an appointment… it was pretty disappointing. But despite this I LOVE my nails, so that’s a plus! Thanks to Helen, Leo, and Hanna for doing them.”
