Tina took the time to ask the important health questions and adjusted her massage style to each of our needs. The salt session was amazing, as well. “This Spa is amazing!! Myself and four friends recently spent a morning with Jen and her wonderful staff. The spa is very clean and everyone is super friendly. “Today we spent the day at The Salt Works and Spa in Biddeford, and let me tell you these ladies did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and relaxing. We were even able to bring our own snacks, so I put together a cute little charcuterie board, and they offered us trays, bowls, and tools to set it all up perfectly. Such a lovely touch! Then came the pampering. The infrared sauna was absolute perfection! cozy, soothing, and warm, like a hug from the inside out. After that, I had the most magical facial. For 45 minutes, I felt like I had escaped to another world, and when it was over, my skin was glowing and refreshed. I truly felt brand new. We finished our day in the enchanting salt room, complete with calming music, gentle lighting, giant bean bags, and a floor made entirely of salt that felt like a peaceful beach getaway. It was pure magic. serene, rejuvenating, and unlike anything else. Although the massage therapist was out sick with pneumonia (get well soon!), we’ll definitely be back to complete the experience. Honestly, The Salt Works and spa might just become our go to for selfcare and special occasions. What an incredible hidden gem right in Biddeford!”

I visited this weekend on a girls weekend trip and was pleasantly surprised by the charming store front, very knowledgeable staff, amazing massage and the salt room being the crown jewel!
