The people who care for us in salons aren’t just providing a service, they’re people with lives, families, challenges, stories, and years of experience that we may never know about. “I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit on Saturday, April 11, 2026. I paid $73 plus tip for dip with tips, and the service was very poor. My nails were extremely thick, uncomfortable, uneven in shape, and began chipping by Monday, April 13, 2026, less than two days later. I called on Monday and was told to come in because I only wanted my nails fixed or another service to correct the issue. When I returned and showed my nails, they were simply removed and the technician said “done,” which left me shocked and extremely frustrated given the cost and how quickly the nails failed. During my appointment I raised my concerns, but they were not handled properly or professionally. A solution was only offered after I became very upset, and even then it felt dismissive and poorly handled. At that point I felt disregarded, embarrassed, and humiliated, as if I had done something wrong, when I was only trying to address clearly poor-quality work. I was not requesting a refund at any point! only a proper resolution. I also texted the manager on Monday, April 13, 2026 after the horrible experience, but received no response, which is very disappointing. I have been a regular customer for several years, which makes this experience even more upsetting, and for the price paid I expected a significantly higher level of service, quality, and basic customer care.”

“The lady that did my feet — can’t remember her name, but she did a great job. She was thorough and I was able to relax. Hong, however, saw that my cuticles grew onto my nail bed. She knew that they needed to soak first. Instead, she used the electric tool and caused bleeding/swelling. Super annoyed because I told her that my fingers needed to soak first but she disregarded it. Then, she kept trying to use the tool on my finger that was bleeding. I literally had to tell her to stop. She completely ruined the entire experience.”
