“The pedicure was fabulous today she was kind and understanding, thank you for that. Then at the end i was looking for the bathroom and i asked one of the chinese/korean worker who was just looking /scrolling at her cellphone, to where the bathroom is, I passed the door she pointed at it and said it out loud “your not looking” . i replied back “That is why I asked “… Hey miserable lady either your a worker there or the owner please stop talking to your customer as if they are the one working for you. Stop being rude. stop with the attitude. Get off your cellphone you are there to provide service this is why this salon is not busy. I remember before that salon is fills up the customer pays money for the service and FYI you guys are charging $10 more comparing from other nail salon in clifton..”

“If there was less than one star I would’ve done it! Very rude and unprofessional. I took my 5 year old for a haircut and the woman told me to take him somewhere else cause she doesn’t want to deal with his hair!! Given that it’s not our first time there cutting his hair! I told management and they were so dull and dumb about it she didn’t know what to say! Definitely won’t recommend them for services.”

“Amazing first time experience. I saw someone on TikTok comment that this was their nail place and loved it so I decided to give it a chance. Was warmly welcomed and taken care of right away. It was a Wednesday afternoon but they were busy and the music was at a great volume. They took their time and paid attention to detail. They asked if it was my first time there and they gave me a $5 off my next service card. I will definitely be back and will do the half hour drive just for the wonderful service. The prices are less than the Paramus area that’s for sure. Thank you so much!”

“I went to Spa One for a short, plain, acrylic powder fill in and was charged $60. My original set from another solon was $50 and I was charged $10 more for a FILL IN here. They also charged my sister $90 for a new set and I feel we were taken advantage of because we are young. I give them 2 stars because the nail tech who did my nails did them very well but I believe the price was unreasonable. We will not be going back”
