“i booked this salon with high expectations due to all the exceptional ratings and did not leave disappointed. as a person that is very detail oriented, i came in with many requests about the smallest details. hannah ensured that every step along the way was to my liking. whenever i had suggestions, she was quick to fix them. she is extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable working with her! the rest of the staff is also very welcoming and makes a huge effort in making sure clients are happy with the nails they walk out with. i truly appreciate their commitment to their clients and will definitely return in the future!”

“This was my second time at shape nail lab and they did not disappoint. The first time I went, I got a full set Gel X and I requested a very elaborate and extremely detailed hand painted design for a concert. Van paid so much attention to my nails and is so detail oriented. I was blown away! This time, I had them refilled by Hailey and requested a very different, simpler type of design and much girlier. I absolutely love them! Again she was very detailed oriented and we worked together as a team when picking colors and gems! This has to be my favorite place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Both sets were very out of my comfort zone as I usually get something much simpler but I couldn’t be happier! Thank you! I am definitely going to return.”

“I’ve been going here since December and it’s basically my spot now. I go every month and I’m already planning my birthday set with them. I’m also the type to never leave reviews, but they deliver every time so I can’t gatekeep anymore. I usually book with Van and I love her. We’re both Viet so we just talk the whole time, it never feels long or awkward. She’s also super meticulous and you can tell she really puts effort into every step. She’s honest about what will actually last on your nails and will suggest better options that still match the vibe you want. I’ve done gel x and builder gel with extensions and my sets last 4+ weeks and still look good, just grown out. My nails have never been this long or healthy. Also not just her, everyone there is talented. If you communicate what you want (know what you want beforehand or DM them your inspo), they’ll make it happen and actually care about getting it right. Tip: it’s a little cheaper if you pay cash. I know I’m biased but I always have a good time here and trust them every time.”
