“I came in today from Newark to make gel airbrushed nails showed the girl the picture of what i wanted then she started. I guess she is new to making nails. First thing was that she just used the gel once on the nails which made it super thin. I then spoke to her about it and she said thats how its done. She filed it and i had to complain again then i guess the other lady which is her manager told her to add more gel. The way she filed the nails was bad i had to complain multiple times and i got tired of complaining because when i spoke up the other lady would speak Spanish to the lady doing my nails. We spent over 3 and half hrs doing the nails and the outcome wasn't what i wanted. It was a waste of time and money. I wont be coming back here. ( someone recommended the salon to me but it wasn't worth it). I included a picture of what i requested and what i got. Update: One of the nail removed after 6 days. The girl did a really terrible nails for me. Waste of time and money”

“I would not return here & I really believed I found a new nail salon to return to but I was rudely mistaken. After seeing the reply of the owner I just want to say that she did not even see the finished product of my new set of nails that were to be repaired because the first set chipped and peeled very badly. It is not my fault that the technician took as long as she did to do my set but I am being treated as if I did something wrong. As an owner you were very rude and dismissive when it can to repairing my nails correctly. My nails took 2 and half hours to fix (as a nail professional myself this is a considerably long amount of time for a gel set) you didn’t even speak to me until I asked that she correct the opacity of my nails. My polish came out messy, I have polish on my cuticles, the color is not even, and one of my nails is matte while all the others are shiny. I don’t think it is right to rush me out of the door because you have another client. The initial set took her 3 hours to do so more time should have been allowed in between appointments. I wish you well in business but your dismissive and nasty attitude towards me was uncalled for.”

“Joanna did an amazing job on my nails. I told her what wanted and she did exactly that. I wanted a builder gel and a simple nude manicure that wasn’t thick. It’s such a beautiful natural look.”
