“I have been coming here for 10+ years and kept giving everyone a chance to redeem themselves, but I’ve had enough of their unprofessional attitudes and half-assed services. The last time I was there, I had an appointment with Hana and she was very rude - acted like my 1 color gel manicure was the hardest job in the world, like I was bothering her. I had even cut and filed my nails at home. She was so sloppy with the color and didn’t bother to even paint the whole nail. Two nails chipped within 48 hours and multiple others cracked in less than a week. Most workers here need an attitude check. If you are going to work in a service job where you expect tips, you better be polite and do a good job. There are literally 16 other nail salons within a 2 minute drive on the same street and hundreds within a 10 mile radius. I’d rather try every single one than come here again.”

“Nathalie was absolutely amazing! She took me in last minute and gave me a brand-new set of acrylic tips with gel, and I couldn’t be happier. She was extremely careful while removing my old set and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, no pain at all. Her attention to detail is phenomenal, and it truly shows in her work. On top of that, she was so friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. My nails look like absolute perfection. I highly recommend Nathalie! ✨💅”

“0 if I could. Been going there for 3 years and lately such a bad experience. Just got my nails done now and they look horrible , not shaped and thick with bubbles. Not even from the starts with the gel , very disappointed . It’s an expensive place and not a good quality”
