“I walked in and they were super kind to get me in right away. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and while my pedicure was lovely and relaxing the manicure was a little rough. She seemed to be rushing and barely gave my fingers time to soak before trimming my cuticles which left me bleeding in several spots. I know accidents happen, so I wasn't upset, but I was a little grossed out when the manicure continued even though I was openly bleeding. She didn't try to stem the bleeding or clean the wound, and went over it with the nail polish. I found this too unsanitary and will not be returning. I'm monitoring the cuts now for infection. Hopefully they were just rushing because I was a walk in and this is not the typical standard of cleanliness for the salon.”

“This is the BEST place to get your nails done!! I overheard a women saying she lives two hours, but makes the drive every couple of weeks because of how much she loves this place. And after being a guest and experiencing such high quality, personable service, I also would make the two hour drive. Everyone who works here is SO nice, welcoming, personable, and empathetic. They work so hard to make sure you are happy. They welcome every person that walks in with a huge smile and makes sure they get seated and taken care of immediately. They also have a week long warranty where if you want to get your nails fixed, you can! It was my first time at the nail spa today and I absolutely am going to make this my long term place.”

“Today was my second time visiting Serenity Spa and Nails and I highly recommend it! Jimmy originally gave me a beautiful set of acrylic nails with cat eye polish (he even alternated colors to represent my 2 boys). Today, I went in for a fill and polish change from Annie. She is such a patient and kind person. I showed her an example of what I wanted and she did such a wonderful job creating a work of art! I can’t wait to visit again ❤️❤️”

“Perfect acrylics! Ive been to this place twice and they are usually understaffed but if your willing to wait it is well worth it considering the service is 10/10. Annie is the women who has done my nails both times and her work is amazing. Everything is clean and she is very sweet and professional. i got my acrylics done today and they came out so clean and smooth, the french is perfect and she made sure they were thin and not bulky like i wanted. Will be back 100%.”
