“Needed a last minute appointment for 4th of July called and was able to get scheduled for appointment with Morgan. Two weeks later my hair has never felt dryer and fried she over processed my hair did a botch job on cutting its one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had done. She did not listen to the color I wanted and gave me exactly what I told her I DID NOT WANT. The biggest concern is the price I paid for damaged hair at this salon. Beware of this place as they have a stylist working there who is unprofessional and ruins hair. Exactly what I’m afford of at trying new salons if I could give Morgan 0 stars I would”

“This was my first time at Serenity and Sarah was my stylist - WOW! She was amazing! She listened to me and did exactly what I was looking for. My daughter recommended her and I am so happy she did. She is a blonde expert!! I was offered a refreshment, conversation was great, and it was just an overall amazing experience - I even let her blow dry my hair and she styled it exactly how I would - that never happens with other stylists; I would always leave with my hair wet. I will be back (already set my next appt up) and will be recommending her for sure.”

“Doris provided an awesome experience. She was friendly and sweet but also allowed me to sit quietly and rest, which, as a new mom who came in need of a self-care moment, I was so grateful for. She asked clarifying questions throughout and helped me to identify exactly what I wanted, even helping me realize that my wearing glasses would change the best style for me. She was very meticulous and took her time, and styled my hair so beautifully that I then purchased the same products and tools she used on me. Thank you, Doris, for making my overgrown, frizzy, heavy, and shapeless hair feel light and beautiful for the first time in so long!! I will be back to see her for sure.”
