Secret Nails

“The worst experience I've had in a while getting my nails done. They are very thick, misshapened and jagged around the edges. I had to ask him to smooth out and clean from underneath the nail, and he still didn't do a good job at that. I have more nail polish on my hands than actually on my nails. I am extremely disappointed with the degree of skill that the technician had, or should I say lack of skill. I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will never cheat on my nail technician again, lesson learned!”

“I went just to get my toes polished on July 3. Got home and looked at my toes Terrible. Went back on monday, did not know they were closed.”

“This is a pic of my nails looking like I already need a fill in and I’m just being seated for my pedicure. I had them redo them. They weren’t happy about it. Pedi was basic. I didn’t get to pic a service. I thought it was maybe a standard across the board with no options available , but then I saw a man received hot towels and I did not. I am not hard to please at all. But I always drop 200 so I expect a half way decent job. This was my first time here. I won’t return.”

“We came in for a pedicure today. It was two adult adults and two children pedicures. The children were not getting pedicures, just the adults and the youngest (on the autism spectrum) sat in the chair. Several employees asked if she wanted a pedicure. After agreeing, she received the upmost care and top quality pedicure experience for a child. We are highly pleased and will be returning.”

“Girls that did my friends and my pedicure were okay very friendly and did a great job actually. We both got a manicure so many things were wrong my cuticles were abused that two of my fingers were bleeding from the shaving of the nail. We got full acrylics the nails were uneven and it’s not the finger the nails themselves were uneven and my friends were flat looked incredibly unnatural. We got these done 6 days ago and my nails are almost falling off snagging on my hair and have started to peel from the nail. They still took us and although the staff was nice the job was not good. I would not go here again. We paid for pedicure and manicure separately so spend about $145+ and only 60 of it was worth it for a standard pedicure. Also when did it become that u only get the nails but not a real manicure? No touch up no lotion the hands no wash the hands after shaving?”
