“I’ve been going to this salon for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The original manicure had uneven, overly thick and bumpy polish, messy paint around the sides of the nails, and the shape was completely off. Some nails were visibly diagonal and uneven instead of clean and symmetrical. I went back hoping they would properly fix the issue, but instead of redoing the nails, they just lightly buffed and repainted them. The end result still looks poorly shaped and unfinished. For a loyal customer, I expected much better service and more care taken to actually correct the problem instead of rushing through it. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.”
