I struggle with really bad ingrown toenails and excessive dead skin around my toenail beds, and getting pedicures used to be extremely painful for me. I would honestly dread every appointment. Ever since I met Katherine, that completely changed. I never miss my monthly pedicure appointment now. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, gentle, and professional. She takes her time and truly cares about her clients’ comfort. I always recommend her to my family and friends, and I genuinely don’t mind driving 30+ minutes because the service is always top tier. I’m always scared to go to a salon and cut my hair because my hair is so long but Vanessa was wonderful and eased my fear. She made sure I knew exactly what I wanted and explained every step of my haircut. Would definitely come back !!!! The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and so pretty. The waiting area is so beautifully decorated. The staff was bilingual and very friendly.”

“I had a really disappointing experience at this hair salon. A friend recommended me to book with Vanesa, which I did, but Janet ended up taking care of me on the day of my appointment, so don't even bother booking online. I told her from the beginning that I didn’t want an orange blond on my hair and I wanted to conserve my natural color, she did exactly the opposite. It was so bad that I called the next day to get it fixed. While it looks better now, it's still not what I wanted from the beginning. I spent $520 for a balayage just to get mediocre results. My birthday and my birthday weekend were ruined. I hope they show some professionalism and I get contacted to get reimbursed for some percentage of what I paid, because five hundred dollars it is crazy.”
