What people are saying
“The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. My daughter and I made an appointments and they were on time each time we have been here. The technician Bebe made sure I was happy with the way she shaped and painted my nails. We live in goodyear but continue to come here for the expertise from everyone here.”
“If I could give zero stars I would :( and I really wanted to love this place. I went to get a fill and repaint but my nail tech did not cure my thumbs all the way. I went back and they were very nice and redid it for free but then after a couple of days my OTHER thumb wrinkled and ripped due to lack of full cure. I pay good money to get my nails done.. also when I walked in they told me it would be a 15 minute wait. 45 mins later they started. Just be honest, if you can't get me in 15 mins, I would have just came back another time. Nbd. Very disappointed. And sad.”
“First time here and Destiny killed it! Not only is she super sweet but she’s a killer artist! I don’t think I’ve ever been so truly happy with my nails but I’m definitely coming back here from now on!! 😊💛 LOVE IT I got a number 3 pedicure and then builder gel full set with cat eye, chrome and glitter and honestly I was expecting it to be more than $156 so I’m thoroughly impressed and super pleased!”
“From start to finish it was a very unpleasant unwelcoming experience! I definitely will never go back to this salon. I posted pictures of what I asked for vs what I received. When I arrived, I was taken to the back. I showed them the same picture I attached to this review. I asked for An ombre nail with a chrome finish. I was told that they could not do both. They could only do one or the other so I set up for just an ombré nail. For context, these are my natural nails. I did have gel polish on when I arrived. The guy that I was seated with seemed to have an attitude that I already had polished on my nails he told me it was extra to get it removed and I agreed. He started to remove them by placing a solution and foil on my hands and then he left me to sit for about 10 minutes. He came by and said that he was going to be helping someone else and that someone would Be with me soon. I sat there for another 10 minutes until the Receptionist came and got me and said he would be the one working on my nails instead. The whole process seemed very rushed. My nails were Uneven, Once he started the ombre process, I noticed that it did not look like the picture and he said don’t worry it will come out the same. During my visit, he had to get up Quite often to check in other customers that arrived, To answer the phone or to help someone else that needed assistant. I was there for over two hours for something that could’ve took under an hour. At the end, I did not get what I asked for not even close. I still tipped and paid for the service, but I will not go back there.”
“I was hesitant to speak out about my experience, but this has turned into a long lasting and painful issue that I feel is important to share. A couple of months ago, I came in for a builder gel manicure and a gel pedicure. My usual technician, Amy, was booked, so I was assigned to Michael. While the finished look of the manicure itself was not poor (Photo 1), the application caused significant damage to my natural nails. Within about a week, every single nail lifted, resulting in deep cracks and severe weakness (Photos 2 and 3). One nail, in particular, cracked deeply enough to bleed and caused considerable pain (Photo 2). The damage was far worse in person than the photos show. When I was later able to book with Amy, my nails were extremely fragile. She advised me that continuing builder gel would likely cause further damage, so we switched to dip powder instead. She was gentle, honest, and careful throughout the process, and she successfully stabilized and protected my nails. Her work was beautiful, and the existing damage was carefully sealed to allow healing (Photo 4 — the crack is still visible). After the manicure, I also received a pedicure from Michael. While the appearance of the pedicure was not poor, I unfortunately developed a severe infection afterward (Photos 5 and 6). I have been a client here for some time and have never experienced anything like this with any other technician. Although I did not find similar reports in other reviews, this was my personal experience. The pain became significant enough that I had to see a doctor. Skin between the toes is particularly sensitive and slow to heal due to constant movement and moisture, and despite treatment, the area is still healing nearly two months later. I am sharing this to be honest and transparent about my experience. I have had excellent service here in the past, especially with Amy, but this situation caused both physical pain and long term damage that I would not want anyone else to go through.”
