“I would not recommend this salon unless you are only visiting for a pedicure, even those services have received mixed reviews. In my experience, the pricing was not justified by the quality of service. Upon entering, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude, and after being seated, the nail technician was discourteous because I was not fluent in Spanish. I scheduled a Gel-X manicure, a service that should produce a clean and refined result given that the extensions are pre-shaped. Unfortunately, the finished nails were overly thick, bulky, and poorly executed. My experience closely reflected concerns raised in previous customer reviews. When I returned home, I removed the Gel-X tips using pure acetone because I was dissatisfied with the results. Once the tips were removed, I discovered what appeared to be "rings of fire" on my natural nails—deep, circular grooves around the nail plate that are commonly associated with excessive filing using an electric nail drill. This was extremely concerning and left me worried about the condition of my natural nails. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unsatisfactory workmanship did not justify the cost of the service.”

“Omg!! My friend and I went here and it was horrible. Sure everyone is nice. But the service was so bad. The guy that did my nails painted them NOT polished them. When I noticed what he’s done, my stomach dropped. We spent well over 100.00 and it looks like someone at a daycare painted our nails. And my friends no chip is basically gone. We went on a Tuesday and these pics were taken the Saturday of the same week.”

“Service was not what I expected my nails look horrible. I tried them three times and still can’t get it right. Now they are making me wait. The manager came had someone else fix my nails no cost. I’m glad they fixed them. Guess I’m not returning I’m too picky”

“Posting my email. I did not receive a reply. Maybe I’ll get one here. This is a nice place to try. My one bad experience out of like 4 was my last. They did not care about my time ( made an appointment) and were dismissive. The manicurist I’ve seen so far have been very good and I’ve been happy with my nail art! I’d advise anyone to get a price breakdown before you get to the register. One charge I’ll never agree with (for any nail salon) is the extra charge based on the length of your nail. I will continue to try them. Edit: had a bizarre nail incident. The polish clean peeled off on top nail😵‍💫 the cherry ones. Came in right on the 7th day to fix it and they did fast and free of charge. I like to say their customer service can be pretty superb. I just hope it stays consistent.”

“Needed a last minute fill in. Tried this lounge for this first time today on account of my usual tech being busy. First I’d like to start off by saying the aesthetic is there! Definitely a vibe for the girls! I was serviced by Vicky whom was warm and welcoming. Although they didn’t offer me a book of selections, as I seen them do others, she did a great job on my pedicure. Now my fill in is a whole other story, it was very sloppy, she started out by rushing and when I noticed the polish wasn’t being applied correctly I told her it was ok to slow down, and she did; however, I asked for my color to be topped with matte instead of gloss and when it came time to apply the matte top she did so FOUR times! I believe that this is what caused my nails to be bulky and clumpy on the side. Lastly when it came time to pay there were hidden fees, I was never told there would be a $50 charge for the pedicure ($35 for what I assume was classic as there was no massage done or anything extra aside from the hot towel and $15 no chip, which I’m used to), then $40 for the fill in which was stated upfront in addition to $5 fee for the use of matte topping which no one informed me of. For A grand total of $97, 2 cuts and damn near 2 hours of service(which 1 1/2 hr went to the fill in only). When I questioned the hidden fee I was told that it would go down to $86 due to 10% discount they’re giving out as a welcome present. As much as I wanted to love this place I will not be back, unless it’s for a pedicure only. Update: the polish started chipping and breaking off not even 2 hours later, so I called and spoke with Tim who said I could come back in tomorrow and they will fix it. Today is Sunday, I came in and they told me that I could wait until Monday as the lady who did them had an emergency, I told them I couldn’t and that it had to be today. Tim serviced me, I asked that he just redo them all since 4 of them were chipping, I don’t want to get home and the rest start chipping, he said no and that it would be an extra charge. I will just take my business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON!”
