“My nails look horrible! I walked in with my sister and the workers were lounging around because they had no customers! The shop smells & it has nats & flies everywhere but being that our original nail shop was packed, we took a chance on Ritzy’s. My toes & nails were rushed! I hate the French on my nails, it looks disgusting. Seems like she didn’t want to do them. I’m very disappointed & I will not be going back to them ever again.”

“One thing I really appreciated about this salon is how clean it is. From the tools to the pedicure stations, everything was sanitized and spotless. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. My pedicure was done with so much care, and the massage chair was amazing. The staff checked in often to make sure I liked the shape and color of my nails. The polish looks flawless and hasn’t chipped at all. It’s so nice to find a salon that takes both health and beauty seriously. I’ll definitely be back soon!”

“Today 7/11 i went to ritzy nail and spa. When I arrived i was greeted and I said do you do dip powder she said yes abd I again wanted a pedicure. They pointed me down for the pedicure first. It was my first time visiting. The lady who did my feet was really nice and she did a great scrub the polish wasn’t that great but attitude and service was great. She gave me a color card and every color i asked for she was out of. These’ll was actually not organized at all and I said ma’am can you just give a blue color she said she need a number but they were mostly out of all the blue i chose. She finally found a number available. When I was done the lady led me to the manicure side. The lady greeted me but her working station was a mess and the towels on the table was not changed in between clients it looked dirty. That should have been my red flag to leave with just my pedicure. She started my nails soaked a few old ones off. She started the dip process but she was leaving so much space at the top and as she started this 2nd dip and started looking thick and bubbly . I said ma’am this look to thick and crooked she said don’t worry I will file it down. She did so many dips and polishes i kept telling her ma’am it don’t look good. She said im not finished i have to put a top coat and it will look better. She said you pay $75 but I fix I said ma’am this looks horrible it’s not like I waited until she was done. I kept telling her. I showed the other workers they shook their head to see how bad it was but they are worker bees they aren’t going to say anything. She kept filing and picking at it. What a waste . I even asked could she take the price down because it’s not right and I was trying to her respectively but no she said you need to pay. The nails are so rough from constant filing and over use of powder. I was very nice to the lady and kept saying nicely her version of fixing it was still messed up it’s not right. I can’t speak for others but this might not be the best place to go for quality nails. Matter fact it’s not”

“never go here. dont be mislead by the cute french tip design… i had to go to a different shop the next day and pay someone else to give me THE SAME SIZE FRENCH TIP on each finger. my nail tech left tons of white polish on my nail (as if she wasnt drilling it off in the first place) and proceeded to paint a transparent base on my nails as if i wouldnt see it. save yourself some time and go somewhere sanitary and where the nail techs can actually execute what they say they can”

“The worst service ever! I went with bestfriend and this lady took advantage of us! She yelled at us and beat on us. She did my nails for $55 mind you thats a $45 set everywhere! At first she told me $45 then say $55! This is terrible😬. I called them to repaint my nails since they messed up 10 minute after doing them! My nails had red hair on it, I’m black and my hair color is brown so there’s no way! The lady picked up the phone and told me they were too busy to redo it and hung up on me.”
