“I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. I have social anxiety, so going into a new nail salon can be intimidating. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. I'm not from here, but they treated me like I was a regular customer. Lily did my nails, and she was so gentle, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell she's truly a master of her craft. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and made the entire experience so comfortable and relaxing. Thomas worked on my pedicure, and he was just as amazing. He was so delicate and attentive with everything he did, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The owner also deserves recognition for providing outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, warm personality, and welcoming atmosphere made such a positive impression. If you're looking for the best nail salon in town, this is it. “This is a newer salon, and the atmosphere is relaxing, modern, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, and I was seated shortly after arriving. I received a manicure, wax pedicure, and full set, and after showing a few inspiration photos, I was able to sit back, relax, and let them work their magic. The work wasn’t rushed at all and I appreciate that considering past experiences at other salons. Ana, the owner, was amazing, and another team member did my pedicure to perfectly match my nails. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I also appreciated that they have clear service menus with pricing available. I would definitely return if I’m ever back in town!”
