“the guy had cut my skin multiple times, and was really aggressive and a girl had yanked my friends face too look at her face paint. my tips on my nails are very bumpy and extremely uneven.”

“My elderly mother was treated very rudely at this place last Tuesday. Both in physical treatment by the new very young (inexperienced) technician and the women degrading and mocking then straight up ignoring her when she asked questions. Her nails look terrible and her feet barely touched, no filing, no massage. They gladly took her money, though. Awful awful service and mistreatment, especially to an elderly person.”

“The service was amazing but after paying $120 for 2 acrylics sets only for them to start lifting the next day was very disappointing. On day 2 my hair was catching at the base of my cuticle & then ultimately on day 3 started to lift off of an entire half the nail… forcing me to remove them. I usually go to Nail Zone & have never had this problem. Definitely wish I couldn’t at least got 2 weeks out of my set :/”

“The price was amazing, as was the service! The lady that did my nails was very skilled, and it's the first time and place in a year since doing my nails that I was NOT knicked or cut. The last place basically filed all the acrylic off my nails, and all my nails were chipped and broken and she did a build up and made my nails look beautiful again! I'll DEFINITELY be back!!”

“The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I went in to get a pedicure and was planning on nails, but she did such a poor job with pedicure and when she saw the disappointment on my face ( because she was finished with the pedicure less than 10 minutes) and my feet were hardly touched, she asked what was wrong. When I told her she didn’t do a good job, she actually got irate stating I wasn’t one of their regular customers and she felt she couldn’t do any better but come back. WOW!!!! I will never go back and I will make sure I tell everyone about how unprofessional they were”
