“I went in yesterday to get my nails done. I asked for a full set but she kept insisting on just doing an overlay on my real nails since my nails were long. I said no because I wanted to have coffin shaped nails and that's kind of hard to do on my real ones and we had to cut most of them. Point is, I felt talked out of what I wanted. And then at the end, she decided to do some extra filing after she painted them and cut my finger with the Emory board. As you can see, my skin is detached from my nail. She played it off as if nothing was wrong and it's completely normal. She didn't offer a paper towel or band aid or nothing. I had to ask for all that and continued to act like nothing is wrong. Didn't even offer a discount or nothing. She cut my finger wide open and I still had to pay full price. I know that I don't have diseases or anything like that, but it's still unsanitary. She put the file back in her drawer even though I obviously bled in it. That's disgusting. Like I said, I know that I'm clean but how many people has bled on that file that got used on my hands before me? I'm disgusted.”

“The quality of the manicure and pedicure services I received was subpar. The polish on my nails and toes began chipping and breaking within two days of the service. Additionally, the customer service I experienced was unsatisfactory, as I felt discriminated against and treated poorly.”

“Only used a drill file that was taken from a plastic container(unsanitary by any standards)to remove gel nail polish; not file top coat off and soak with polish remover. Told not to cut my nails done when she pulls out a nail file that CLEARLY has been used before (unsanitary) to buffer out any color unable to drill off. Then puts an oil to shine my damaged nails. My nail beds hurt!!!! Will NEVER go there again!”
