“Terrible service and extremely unprofessional. We arrived right at opening (9:00 AM), and my wife was the second customer there. An employee seated her, then just five minutes later asked her to get up to give the spot to someone else. This wasn’t a one-time issue either. On a previous visit, we were told we were next, only for the employee to immediately give our spot to someone who wasn’t even on the waiting list. To make matters worse, they often have only one person actually working while several other employees sit around doing nothing. The lack of organization and respect for customers’ time is frustrating. We gave this place multiple chances, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Would not recommend.”
“Vivi does my nails, she does my nails exactly how I like them. This time almond shape with shimmering soft pink nail color. My nails look very nice! Request her when getting your nails done! :) (not familiar with the others in the shop, I just know how she does my nails and she does a great job).”
“This was my very first time here! My pedi was out of this world from Ben! But then I had to wait for a long 30-40 min to get my refill, and that’s after I made sure to get an appt for it, and when I finally got to sit for my refill, she placed a filthy towel with cuticles of previous persons on it! I had to request for a clean towel!!! Really?? But since I’m a “give a sec chance” kinda girl, I’ll be back, but not with the same tech! Too bad the refill had to spoil my amazing pedicure experience…”
“I went today to get a full acrylic set with a French tip. I don’t get my nails done EVER so I had no idea what I needed. I also have a nail biting habit. Charlie was incredibly sweet and patient. She helped me make decisions and helped me understand what things meant. The price was very reasonable in my mind and I’ll be going back while I’m here.”
