“Only tweety can touch my eyebrows. I drive an hour to see her.”

“I went here simply to get my toes painted, and unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable. The employee who did my toes, Candy, filed one of my toes down crooked. I politely pointed it out and asked if she could fix what had been done, and she told me it would be an extra charge to fix it. I found that extremely unreasonable, especially since I was asking her to correct her own work. Throughout the service, she was also very rough with my foot, repeatedly yanking it harshly and handling me in an aggressive way. She had an attitude the entire time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. The person I was with told her that her behavior was very unprofessional and that the service should not be charged for considering how poorly everything was done. I was still prepared to pay because money was never the issue for me. However, things escalated when Candy started getting in front of me and blocking my way. She was getting close to me and appeared as though she was going to put her hands on me. I repeatedly told her to move and not touch me, yet she continued blocking me. The owner, Abdenes, witnessed what was happening in his own establishment. He did apologize afterward for her behavior, but I honestly don’t understand why an employee who treats customers this way is still allowed to represent the business. I also noticed afterward that other reviews mention similar issues with Candy, which makes this experience even more concerning. If someone does not want to work with customers, they should not be working in a position where they are expected to provide customer service. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. A bad service can happen, but the way I was treated afterward was completely unacceptable and crossed a line.”

“Don’t waste your time unless you wanted to be treated like crap. Employee here don’t like their job and have no manners the heavy set lady in the back is the worst.”
