“They were able to accommodate my super last minute appointment. I came in with square-shaped builder gel nails and had them reshaped into almond, finished with a French tip, and somehow Louis did the entire service in about 30–40 minutes! The shaping and French tip are so clean. I was honestly so impressed with how efficient he works without compromising quality. He personally did my nails while also interviewing a potential employee, which I really didn’t mind! Getting to listen to how he runs his salon while he worked gave me a completely different perspective on the business. He seems to genuinely care about his artists and current employees. He emphasized creating an environment where his team respects the clients, enjoys coming to work, and isn't sitting around talking badly about the people they serve. That says a lot about the kind of culture he's currently building. Between the service, the speed, the attention to detail, and the way he values his team, I left impressed and not just with my nails, but with the experience as a whole.”

“Upon returning for the second time for a pedicure w/ the same person, it definitely was NOT the same amazing experience as the the first. I'm very disappointed & struggled writing this. I was the last appointment of the day & it was VERY rushed. I explained I had two toes that hurt from the dead dry skin around the toes that usually gets removed during a pedicure, as well as dead skin being exfoliated on the heels. That did not happen either. She used a sponge but only on the bottom of my foot w/ a couple FAST strokes. I also asked her if she could make my toenails square so they wouldn't get stuck under the dry skin as they were, or create ingrown nails but she only did a couple nails like that. Even the nail polish application was botched. Polish wasn't applied to the entire nails. The pictures I included was 3 days after my pedicure. She was in such a rush that I was completely ignored & I'm just absolutely shocked because our first meeting went so incredibly well. Ive been raving about this girl during the pedicure & after. I was so overjoyed finally finding someone that did an amazing pedicure. What went wrong? I came in one week after to speak to the owner & he had zero support, no apology. I was chastised for booking an appointment at 5pm on a Saturday, as if it was an excuse for the rush, when the place was empty, except for maybe 7 customers. He was talking down to me, telling me that if I had purchased a more expensive pedicure that she would have taken her time, giving me a better service. I said you offer different pedicure packages, it doesn't matter which one I select, your employees should do the complete job I'm selecting & paying for. I can't believe an owner would tell me that I'm NOT going to get quality service that is offered! He actually said to pay more money! So I left w/ my two toes still hurting & no correction on my nail polish. I feel very let down & disturbed that this owner would turn me away & make me feel like all of this is my fault because I didn't spend enough money. Shame on you”
