“We had a great experience while we were there—everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, the results did not last at all. My daughter’s gel polish started peeling the very next day on both her fingers and toes, and she had only gone to college and back home. My acrylic set is already lifting with visible gaps, and the underside of my nails was not properly finished—there are hardened acrylic globs that make them difficult to clean. The polish also wasn’t applied fully along the sides. After only a few days, my nails already look rough. There’s no way this set will last anywhere close to two weeks. I paid over $320 with tip, which makes this even more frustrating. I called the next day, left my number for a manager, and never received a callback. I just moved here and was hoping to find a go-to salon, but this wasn’t it. If anyone has recommendations for a better place, I’d appreciate it”

“I got the head spa and it was an okay experience. It was affordable and pretty relaxing, but the woman doing the headspa used her nails to scrub my scalp, and after I left a few spots were feeling a little raw and sensitive. After the head spa, she sat me in the chair to dry my hair. I am plus size, so my fit in the seat was a little snug. She pressed the foot pedal to lift the chair a few times, then called over a girl who was sitting nearby (I assume the daughter of her or someone working there) and prompted her to try and press the pedal with her foot to lift the chair, which the girl struggled with doing. I couldn't understand their conversation, but it felt like a dig at my weight, and kinda destroyed any enjoyment I had gotten”

“So I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. And im not impressed. The gel pedicure has already started to peel and the dip manicure looks absolutely horrible. My manicure looks rushed and poorly done. I will not be going back.”

“I do not recommend this place at all. There is no sense of management there. We had an appointment at a scheduled time at 1pm. We didn’t leave until 4pm. We nails looked rush through and not detailed. You can see a blue tint through my hot pink nails… there is also paint on my cuticles and my skin. My big toe was messed up so I asked the girl to re-do it. She did one coat and walked away. She never came back for 20 minutes so I had to finish painting my nail. She had me pay and tip before she was finished with me as well….. Please avoid this place. Please visit Modena or Glitzy in Diberville!”
