“My daughter and I have gone here for a few years. I used to love it. It would be busy some days but I also often come as a walk in so I didn't mind a wait. The past few visits, I have absolutely noticed a steady decline of available techs and the quality of the customer service, primarily by the men that have the tables at the front and one of them being an owner. I waited a few days to write this but I am still so disappointed in the way I was spoken to and how my daughter and I felt. We both got a full set done of acrylic. It was so obvious that our tech was stressed and annoyed. However, when coming to spend $180 plus tips, thats a you problem not a customer problem. I understand my daughter and I are both antisocial and we may tense up. I understand it is probably frustrating for you to have to say all day long to clients to relax. Several times while he was painting the design on my nail he would look up to see who all was there and accidentally smudge and decided to sigh obnoxiously and ask me to be still. Listen-I'll apologize like crazy when I'm the one to mess up but it wasn't me. Then speaking with my daughter, she experienced the same. Then he rudely said, "relax" then "mumbled it"s not that hard" which is going to cause me to not relax, obviously. I will be clear here. The women on your staff are amazing. They do fantastic work and all have always made me and my daughter feel welcomed. The gentleman that sits in the middle is also amazing. Hearing you all tell clients that two of your best techs recently quit is also another red flag for me. Due to how I felt after this visit and the past few dealing with the 2 guys in the front that seem annoyed and in a rush, we will unfortunately be finding a new place to go. I wanted to leave 1 star but to your credit, you do amazing work. However, not amazing enough for me to deal with people that made customer service their career and don't know how to engage with customers.”

“Very disappointed with my recent manicure. The cuticles were not cleaned properly, and the finish looks rushed and unprofessional. It feels like a waste of money when the result looks like I did it myself at home. I’ve attached a photo for reference.”

“12/10 Good hours, good parking and nice and big place. But the star of the show are the people that work here. The ladies were polite, sweet and personable. The gentlemen were kind, respectful and professional. My nail tech paid excellent attention to me. She was extremely talented with the steadiest hand! Her coworker did a French and a tortoise shell design! Absolutely magnificent. 100% recommend them!”
