“I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said ok and tried but said he didn’t have the right product and wiped it off I showed him my backup & same thing. So I asked if he could do the same thing he did last time for Valentine’s Day but change the color to green & the heart to a Shamrock? He said no I’m no artist & told me to leave without finishing my nails! He said go down the road to another salon at 6 on a Saturday knowing they all close at 6 too & also aren’t open on Sunday’s. I could see if at any point I was nasty but I wasn’t at all and left in tears! I told my friend who referred me there and she showed me her nails HE had done the day before and they were EXACTLY what I was asking him to do the 3rd time including the Shamrock hand painted! I did go down the road to Nail Studio and Kelly stayed late to finish my nails she felt sorry for me and she is awesome! She did exactly what I was asking him to do the 1st time & did even better than the picture I showed her! So I do highly recommend KELLY at Nail Studio in Fairmont.”
