What people are saying

“This place is so wonderful. The friendliest staff with amazing service. Min and Katy and top tier. They were so kind to my mom and I. The prices are great, similar to everywhere else. It’s a very nice place with a pretty interior.”

“I have been here many times, and I can't find a place in Ann Arbor that I like any better. It's inconsistent, but I've never had an awful experience. It's typically pleasant and all the technicians seem to pay attention to what they are doing. I never make an appointment, and I've only had to wait more than 10 min once. Every nail tech has a different process for doing dip, and some seem slightly better than others. My most recent manicure has very teeny tiny bumps/bubbles in the surface of some nails, but so small I can't get a photo to show what I mean. It's a little annoying, but I'm sure nobody but me will notice.”

“I always have a great experience at Pro Nails! Van is the best! Of course I have been to many other nail techs there (so have my friends) and everyone does a great job! I typically make an appointment beforehand but plenty of people walk in and are seen quickly. If you have never had a pedicure (both men and women), run... get one done! You will love it!”

“I got my nails done less than a week ago here and paid $55 with shellac and cat eye… This happened a week into my manicure they wanted to charge $35 FOR A COLOR CHANGE….. NEVER AGAIN I DO NOT ADVISE”

“I took my 80 year old diabetic mother here for a mani/pedi told the man that she had diabetes. Apparently he doesn’t speak any English and didn’t understand. Both nail specialist were unfriendly. I told my Nail Tech, Tammy, that I do reviews because I knew this was going to be a bad experience from the beginning. I had to ask my mother‘s Nail Tech to please show her how to turn on the massage chair. He did not respond. When I reached over to try and help her, he gave me a dirty look. They did not clean up the cuticles very well for the feet and did not clean under the toenails. They were so rushed that both of us had crooked toenails. She Did not massage my hands at all or even push back my cuticles. . My mother ended up with smeared nail polish on the tips of her thumbs. For me they did not even paint the tips of my nails.. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been getting pedicures for years and I’ve never had one this bad before. One day after my mom got her pedicure her toenail chipped.”
