What people are saying
“I would not recommend this establishment if cleanliness and hygiene are important to you. I had a lash extension appointment today and saw my lash technician arrive carrying a Trader Joe’s grocery bag after coming from the store. She greeted me, we walked to the treatment room, and I laid down while she began setting up for the appointment. Before we started, I asked whether she had washed her hands because I was concerned about preventing an eye infection. Rather than answering the question, she told me she needed to cancel my appointment because I had not signed a consent form, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. I’ve also never been asked to sign a consent form before. The timing felt odd to me. The consent form wasn’t mentioned when I arrived, while we were preparing for the appointment. It only became an issue after I asked about hand hygiene. Regardless of the reason, the interaction left me uncomfortable and without confidence in the cleanliness standards of the business, so I won’t be returning.”
“Update 7/23/26: they made effort in fixing it for me and I appreciate that. The prep seems to not be great for the gel manicure I’ve received. With less than a week time, multiple of my gel nails are peeling off from the side/base.”
“Got a gel x set, then 3 weeks later got a regular gel mani, both done by Tammy who does excellent work! My nails feel very healthy afterwards and the application was very precise. My nails lasted 3 weeks of traveling and probably could have gone longer. I highly recommend her!”
“The man who answers the phone and assigns who works on your nails is very rude and aggressive. We were celebrating a birthday and he soured the moment by speaking so unpleasantly. My nails were also done incorrectly as I asked for a French manicure with two shades of color, red and green for Christmas and only one color was done and so thinly it could barely be seen. In general salons offer free touch ups. When I requested this from the man, he rudely refused and insisted the work was correctly done. When I asked if he was the owner, I was told no and was purposely given a wrong number that was supposedly for the owner. I was refused the name of the owner and that if the worker who had given me the false number. When I called the number the woman who has that number was extremely concerned that someone had used her number falsely. Too complicated and unpleasant. When I get my nails done I want a pleasant calm experience, not to be pushed alway. Yes he literally touched me and pushed me away! No thanks, never again. Very uncomfortable, unprofessional and unpleasant.”
“ZERO STARS AVOID THIS SALON - Terrible Customer Service by Owner & Hidden Charges As an 11-year loyal client of my nail technician Kim, seeing her every 2 weeks— I followed her to Posh Nails from her previous salon. What a massive disappointment. This was easily the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, culminating in complete product failure within 12 hours and an owner who couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The Issues: 1. Undisclosed charges everywhere - extra fees for credit card payments, hidden "service charges," and a $15 chrome upcharge they don't mention until after the service 2. Poor quality work - paid $93 for a gel manicure and pedicure that completely deteriorated overnight 3. The chrome finish (an extra $15) literally peeled off within 12 hours 4. Smudged toenails despite sitting in the salon for 2 hours waiting for them to dry When I returned *the next morning* with photographic evidence and my nails to show them of the deterioration, the owner's response was appalling. He: - Flatly refused any form of refund ( I was just asking for chrome $15 refund since his product didn’t work!) - Showed zero concern about his product failing within hours - Blamed the nail technician rather than taking responsibility - Wouldn't even consider a $15 credit for the failed chrome service Total cost breakdown for this disaster: - $93 for the services - $20 tip - $10 parking = $123 for nails that didn't even last 24 hours The owner's attitude made it clear that he's only interested in quick profits, not building customer relationships or providing quality service. After 11 years of bi-weekly salon visits without a single complaint or issue, this experience was shocking enough to warrant never returning. My nail tech is great but I will wait until she leaves this greedy and unfair owner before coming back. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go elsewhere if you want quality products and a business owner who cares.”
