“Went for regular pedi, service was not good. One of the older women brushed me off when I mentioned 2 of my toe nails needed to be re polished. She actually put her hand on me to sit back down. She spoke in her language. That’s the reason I’m writing this review. Lady, you are blessed I respect the elderly. I waited 15 minutes for her to service me. I did not say a word to her. She handled her business and took care of me. Last time you get my money. May your business not continue to prosper.”

“This has been my nail salon for 5 years. Went in on april 10th with my friend her daughter and my daughter. Alone i spent 140 dollars and added the tip. I treated my friend for her bridal shower. Everything went great until it was time to pay. We tipped everyone who did services for us. Juana and the lady in the front harrassed my friend for an extra tip. I am besides myself. They lost a very loyal client. Very unfair way to be treated and not allowed to leave because juana asked for extra money after i said i already tipped you she went ahead and asked my friend who gave in. I am disgusted with the attitude these ladies have. I work hard for my money to be demanded some more extra money because $20 was not enogh.”

“I visited Plaza Nails for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. While the pedicure was fine, the eyebrow waxing was a completely different story. I was burned by the hot wax and left with visible marks on my face—right before an important event and work commitments. This is not only unacceptable but also incredibly careless and inconsiderate. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make it right. If you're thinking of getting your eyebrows done here, consider this your warning. No one should have to deal with the pain, embarrassment, or lack of accountability I experienced”

“It was my first visit this time at Plaza Nail & Shop and I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! Staffs are very nice and the atmosphere is very warm and safe even in this pandemic. This place was SO CLEAN!!! I had to keep changing my mind to choose the right color but the staff was very patient and helping me to choose the best color. :D And the owner lady was very cute too! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.”
