“I went for a gel x set on a Friday morning and the very next day one of my nails broke (Saturday)went the following day (Sunday )to get it fixed and it broke again the following day (Monday) i loved the place and the ppl working there but didn’t like the quality of the material used since it broke the following day and didn’t even last 24 hours before breaking again after getting it fixed”

“I have been to Pink Lily Twice & tonight I left in tears. My nail tech, Jo is always incredible but it’s the management staff I seem to always have a problem with. They can be extremely rude & dismissive even though I’ve never left without spending at least 300+. It seems to be a problem whenever someone of color walks in no matter how much we spend or how hard we tip. If you have a local nail tech, maybe stick with them. I only come in to see Jo, she is so kind and attentive but for 300+ I would hope to be treated better…”

She takes her time, makes sure you are completely relaxed, and pays attention to every detail. You even get a weighted heated neck pillow during your pedicure, which feels like pure heaven. Wendy makes sure your toes are not just pretty but actually healthy. She gets every hangnail and everything in between — I love her down! When it comes to my nails, Vivian is my go-to without question. She keeps my nails shaped perfectly — never bulky — and the quality is always consistent. Plus, the conversation? Top tier. She’s officially my nail bestie. Pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you receive. I usually spend around $100–$120 before tip depending on the pedicure, and it is worth every single dollar. And the best part? You can bring your own wine to your appointment. They don’t provide it, but they allow it — and trust me, with how aesthetic the space is, you’re going to want your wine for the full experience. 10/10. I absolutely love this place.”
