What people are saying
“Do not come here. I had a scheduled manicure and pedicure. They refused to do my nails and still charged me for the manicure and pedicure. I spent $100 and they completed my toes- offered no space to dry them; and then became upset when I would not upgrade to gel. My nails look worse than they did when I came in, the manager is incredibly rude, and they have questionable sanitary and business practices. Please keep in mind I have posted the after photo, and my nails are dry and disgusting. I will need to go to a new salons tomorrow.”
“30$ for a sloppy job. I just wanted my gel removed from my nails with a nice clear polish finish. There is leftover gel polish still on my nails, I was cut, and didn’t even wash off the flakes from removing the gel so now I have random buildup in my clear polish. I just felt rushed the entire time, not a relaxing experience at all.”
“I’m not normally one to post reviews, but after paying $90 ($75 plus a tip cause I’m not one to not tip even if service is bad unless it’s atrocious) and getting home to look at my nails closer, they’re sloppy and just terrible. The French tips are messy, the stickers used for the stars (instead of just hand painting them) are not even flat to the nails. The dots were rushed just like the rest of the nails. Spots missed on multiple nails. The people were very nice, but I had an appointment and felt rushed because others were walking in and they wanted to get to them instead of focusing on my nails. I will not be returning. Wasted my time and money on subpar nails that I could’ve done better myself. Just hoping this review will help them improve and actually take time on the customers they have in their seat and not the ones who just walked in.”
“Definitely my new favorite nail place! 2 out of 3 times I've been here, they took me as a walk in with no wait even though they were pretty busy on a Friday. I've gotten dip on my hands twice and a spa pedicure with gel. The massage chairs are very modern with lots of functions and features. Overall the salon is clean and well-kept and the employees are all very friendly. Probably the biggest selection of colors I've ever seen! It's nice that they have them all on a nail so you can see how it would look on your hand, too. All the techs I've had so far have been very detail-oriented and always check in with me throughout my appointment to make sure I'm happy with the results. The first dip manicure, I had chosen a glitter/chrome color that just didn't look good on my hands and wasn't applying well, so I was told to pick a different color and chose purple. The tech came back with a shade that went very nicely with my skin tone and I got so many compliments on it! I work a job that is hard on my hands, and have had issues in the past with other salons not giving me a thick enough layer/coat to endure my rough job, but I am beyond impressed with the durability of the sets from Pink Nails. Normally I'll get at least a few small chips in the clear coat on my tips, or a bit of lifting on the back end by my cuticles, especially if I bang one on something (that happens a lot unfortunately), but this last set lasted a solid 3 weeks with not a scratch, chip, or even a dull to the shine! I simply wanted a new color, otherwise they probably would've been good to last another week. Give them a try, you'll definitely be pleased! The prices are pretty typical for this area.”
“Made an appointment to have my nails fixed from a botched job I had done at another salon and I could not be happier with how they turned out. They fixed them exactly like I wanted, kept checking in during the appointment to make sure I was happy with shape and color. I had my 13 month old with me and they all talked to him. I will definitely be coming back!”
