What people are saying

“Very friendly staff, but constantly overbooked and behind. Recently, my appointment slot has come and gone before they can begin my services. The bigger issue is that Khahn is so behind that she usually has her husband finish the service. He’s super sweet too and I like him as a person, but he’s not a nail tech and the quality isn’t there. Photos are just barely done nails - less than 24 hours old at time of photos. After 1.5 years here I’m going to find a new salon.”

“Super hard to get an appointment. So worth it though. A beautiful, clean environment with friendly, professional people. They offer a lot of options for manicures and pedicures. They also have a lot of colors and they offer gel, dip, and catseye options. Khan and her team are awesome. You can use the app to make an appointment - it can be challenging to call and reach them but the calendar is up to date.”

“Perfect Nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I have been coming here religiously every 3-4 weeks for almost 2 years because they don’t just get you in and out, they care about the health of your nails and educate you along the way. I needed that as I went on a journey of better nail health after being a nail bitter. There is a whole range of different pedicures you can chose from, from basic to bougie…. and I love to splurge on the bougie 🤩”

“I've been coming here for about seven years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. They take the time to get to know you as a person, not just as another appointment, and that personal touch is something you don't find everywhere. The salon is always spotless, welcoming, and incredibly clean. Beyond that, they're so knowledgeable about nail health—they'll always tell you what will work best for your nails and what won't, instead of just doing whatever you ask. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. I drive an hour every single time just to come here, and it's beyond worth it. The service, the people, and the results are unmatched. If you're looking for a nail salon that feels like home and consistently does amazing work, this is the place. I recommend them to everyone I know! Below are some of the MANY beautiful examples of what Khahn, Dan and the rest of the team have done for me.”

“I was very disappointed with my recent appointment. I clearly requested a soft rounded nail shape multiple times and specifically said I did not want pointy nails, yet they were repeatedly filed into a pointed shape anyway. I also requested a lilac color with chrome on top. Instead of simply honoring my choice, there was unnecessary pushback and arguing over the color I wanted. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I finally had to say that I was the one paying and should be able to choose my own color. I was also charged an extra fee for a shape change, even though the final shape was still not what I requested. The filing was excessive enough that my fingers were sore afterward, and one side area was filed until a scab formed. The overall application was poor, and my thumb in particular was shaped badly, with the builder gel bowing out at the sides and making the nail look bulky and misshapen rather than clean and natural. I had a great previous experience with the owner, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. Unfortunately this appointment felt unprofessional, defensive, and not customer-focused.”
