“I love the place. They all are friendly and family oriented. They care very much about you and the work they perform. I go to Diane always cause I really enjoy her work she does. No matter what service I get (fill-in. Pedicure or my eyes waxed) she does everything to high standards. With my fill-ins I like to challenge her to nail art on Pinterest and she nails it all the time. Other workers also looks at what she does. She's awesome”

“I have come here several times a year for several years and my last 2 visits for pedicures have been disappointing. Standard pedi advertised as 50min service. My daughter and I were done in 30 min flat today. Rushed service, poorly trimmed/shaped nails, and he didn’t completely remove the previous teal blue polish (spread out onto my actual toes). I pointed out the blue discoloration and sharp, pointed nail edges to technician but he didn’t fix problem. Also, only painted half of my 5th toenail. Quality definitely declining in my opinion.”

“I went to Passion Nails Spa to get my nails soaked off and a feet polish change. The older man used a drill on my nails. The process was painful and caused discomfort. My nails were red and sensitive to the touch. Over a week later my nails are still in excruciating pain, red, sore, brittle, and broken. This experience was harsh and disappointing.”
