“Terrible pedicures. Uneven filing, no problem solving . I wear translation headphones everywhere i go and they literally talk about their clients. Its insane ! A woman had a fungal infection and they were talking crap about her during her whole appointment.”

“My daughter had her nails done at this place and the service is horrible. They are quick to take your money but when there are issues, they suddenly don’t speak English and the manager is no where to be found. The clear coat turned yellow in less than 48 hours. See below for the quality of work they do. I would suggest taking the extra time to drive to Germantown/Urbana/Gaithersburg for services. I wish there was a way to give “0” stars…”

“I tried to give this place a chance despite of all the bad reviews but they truly deserve all the negative reviews. By far the worst nail experience I’ve had. I walked in today to get a mani. Nearly more than half way through when I am getting ready to pay, the lady tells me that it’s cash only. She insisted to paint my nails and then have me go out to get cash which I did. She didn’t give me any time to dry my nails so needless to say the paint job got messed up. When I paid her, she re-did my nails then basically asked me not to touch anything and leave. Again giving me no time to dry my nails. My nails were destroyed by the time I got to my car. The customer service is so bad it’s comical. I will never ever go here again even though it’s walking distance from my house. I strongly advise for no one to go here and waste their money. I feel awful!!!”

“See Dee. If you don't see Dee, or the owner, Christina, it's a 2 star salon. I've been coming here for years, and recently had to see a different tech. Now, I've been having my nails done for 17 years. Every two weeks. 7 of these years have been gel, the first ten acrylic. I've had two of my five worst manicures ever done here. The last time, my nails hurt and then peeled off starting at 5 days. Not ok for a $50 manicure. I don't pick at my nails, and the only time they've ever done that after a dee manicure were the rare times there were longer than two weeks between appointments. All that said, I will vouch for Dee but no one else.”
