“I signed in and informed the receptionist of what I wanted today. ( pedicure and my nails done) I was waiting in the lobby after getting my pedicure to get my nails done. After sitting there for about 20-30mins I asked why I wasn’t serviced yet and she stated that she didn’t know that I wanted them done. ( 3 people walked in and got serviced right away while I was sitting there waiting.) She brushed me off when I stated that didn’t make sense because the women before me that were getting double services were serviced right away. After finally finishing she told me there was no manager. I normally have no problem coming here at all but today turned me off. She could have at least apologized. But it was more so rude and dismissive.”

“This was my daughter and I’s first time coming here and we absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing and very welcoming. We both had Gel X manicures and pedicures and a waxing service. Our technicians were so professional and did amazing work on our nails. Danny did an amazing job with the intricate design I wanted and I was blown away with how amazing they looked! I wish i remembered the names of all the other technicians we had because they also deserve so many thanks and all the praise. We were both so pleased when we left! I highly recommend this salon and will be back soon! Thank you to all of you!”
