“This first picture, is what I wanted. I didn’t show and reference picture because I didn’t think it was necessary because of how simple the set is. Everything was good up until he started filing and I told him when he finished my right hand that I didn’t want them as round as they where and could he square them out more. The guy that was doing my nails, when he did my left hand he still rounded them and proceeded to go back to my left hand and round them even more. After that I said again could you make the corner SHARPER and not so round and again he said yes but he never fixed it he then proceeded to paint them. After he painted my left hand I asked one more time if there is a way he could fix them and do them more square and he said that he’d go back and file them after painting by this time every other nail tech present was doing nails and has another person waiting so I couldn’t go to anyone else to fix the issue. He indeed did not fix them after painting. My polish is not cured all the way on 3 fingers and I still pairs $51 for nails that wasn’t done correctly. I would never go back to that place again.”

“I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I had walked in, everyone was so positive and welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly, and you can tell the staff really cared about making sure each customer has a great experience. They took their time, paid attention to every detail and so much more. My nails turned out beautiful, and the energy and environment in the salon made the visit even better. It’s rare to find a place that feels this professional but this friendly at the same time, this is definitely a 5-star experience that I’ll be coming back for! I also recommend the 2 nail technician Dan and Tina!!”

“For past several months I had been going to nail salon in mall (got gift certificate for birthday) and first 2 months... Was regular service and plain nails. Nothing fancy of any kind. Fast forward to LAST 3 visits for fill in... Each visit was almost 3 hour event. No matter what time I came. Last 2 times the design I asked for could have been better done by the fake nails from dollar g (boyfriend actually said that) And last visit was it. Looked horrible. So I said.... I want new set, new shape.... Feelin some type of way. Let me go where I used to go all the time ! And honey.... Dan at Paradise blew my expectations INTO REALITY!! He took his time, listened to everything I had to say. And did shit I didn't even know I WANTED!! I will never stray from the BEST AGAIN DAN!! LOL!! YOU ARE THE MAN!! You want beautiful, FABULOUS SEXY Nails?!? Paradise is where it's AT!!! P. S. Even got my toes painted... They are beautiful too❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥💯”

“All I can say is prepare yourself to have an extra long wait and get lousy nails for the money. My bff, mom, and daughter got spa pedicures today. We called prior to set an appointment as we knew 4 of us wanting manicures and pedicures would tax staff most places. The man answered said it was fine, they could handle us all. When we got there at our appointment time(drove 40 minutes to get there), the guy says oh sorry some employees didn’t show can you 4 soak for about 30 minutes and we’ll get right to your services. They only had two people doing pedicures, and two on nails. They literally did two other walk in nail sets prior to starting on our feet. We sat an hour before they started. And that was two people alternating around trying to do our feet, plus stop and wax two other walk ins. It was ridiculous. Horrible service. One girl working on pedicures was competent and polite; the guy not so much. He ignored me when I asked if he got my moms ingrown toenails or not. He didn’t even remove the calluses or file and clean her toenails. Talk about mad. When we left without getting our manicure s, we told the guy the issues we had and he offered a certificate to their salon again. I’m like I don’t want to come back here ever again. Note. I am including pictures as to prove this is what my mom came out with after a spa pedicure at their salon. I could have painted them better. Added a month later. My daughter also got a toe fungus at this salon somehow. She kept telling me her toe hurt after our visit, so I removed the nail polish only to find a really yellow nail, with purple angry marks underneath. It took us six months of treatment and her toe nail has still not grown out appropriately. Nightmare!”
