“I had previously been for a pedicure and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten in a long time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. After I came home from vacation I needed my nails done, I decided to get a UV gel fill and a pedi. Henry did a fantastic job recreating the image I had showed him and we gave it our own twist. I absolutely love my nails and the shape was perfect too! I will definitely be coming back for future appointments”

“⚠️they don’t know how to copy inspiration photos⚠️ These workers are scammer’s and liar’s. I’ve been going to nail salon’s in Europe and in America for the past six year’s and never in my life even got close to this much dishonesty even in Turkey where people are known as scammers, are better than these people here. Just look at my photo, this image speaks for itself. They told me they can do this picture for 73 dollars - ended up not even being close and them still trying to charge that price They tried to blame it on me multiple different ways when I complained at the end saying it looks nothing like the photo. They said my nail bed is different than in the photo which I told them has nothing to do with the design, that the photo is AI generated(it’s not I’ve had this done before plenty of times just not at this salon), that they don’t have that colour which then I asked them why didn’t they tell me that in the beginning, I would’ve just went to another place which they replied nothing with, that the design is ombré why didn’t I tell them to do that and I said why didn’t you do that then if you know what it is, I solely based everything on the photo I told them that I wanted exactly that and received the complete opposite, got blamed for it too. They tried to charge me 73 dollars for this set I ended up with!!!! At the very end he said that my set is worth 50 dollars. I said exactly, I will not be paying for a design I didn’t even get. A random worker that had no idea what was going on just heard me talking with the worker that did my nail said “people are crazy these days”. So on top of them trying to scam me I’m also being called names. Terrible costumer service I was not yelling I told them simply and calmly that these aren’t worth 73 dollars and they can either fix it or lower the price to a reasonable price, didn’t say I wasn’t going to pay and I didn’t yell, i literally told the worker I’m not upset before this lady called me crazy and for what exactly…?I don’t think that lady knows what crazy means. She was saying how I should’ve told them I don’t like them, I said what does it look like I’m doing? And that I assumed the step where it fades would be last I didn’t want to annoy this lady doing my nails they barely care. The lady that did my nails also never asked at the end if i liked them, I’m pretty sure that’s a mandatory step…she knew it didn’t look like the picture and thought I was going to let it slide. What’s really crazy is how these people treated me even before I complained, had to remind the lady multiple times to not make them thick and bulky.”

“My girlfriend went in a couple days ago and the lady who was doing her nails was shown an inspirational picture of what she wanted to have done. The lady did the pinky nail and my girlfriend said she didn’t like it and wanted it thinner. She was the very aggressive and did the opposite of what she wanted. Then proceeded to continuously get thicker on purpose. Thats just the finger nails and then when she was getting her feet done and the lady dug the tool halfway under her toe nail causing tremendous pain. You’re supposed to get your nails done and relax and enjoy the experience especially when you’re paying over $150. We do not recommend this place to anyone and she will never be back to endure this poor customer service.”
