“Visiting out of town and wanted to get my nails done. To my surprise the shop is black own/black ran and that was delight coming from a location where that is very rare. Anywho, the nail tech was sweet however she HORRIBLY rushed through my nails , SHE had to be reminded of the services I requested (French) twice. Once for my toes and once for my fingers. Unfortunately the French line size is very inconsistent throughout and my nails are already chipping and it’s been 5 days post getting them done. The photos included are absolutely just my hands , my feet have the same issues. Sucks that this was my first experience with a black own shop :/ I debated on making this review but I figured it’ll highlight the need for tech training and customer service.”

“My experience with Des is always amazing! She always aim for the best to satisfy her costumers. If there is a problem or something you’re not ok with on your nails she’s not gonna send you out until you are. She doesn’t rush her work and her prices are very reasonable. She has definitely gained me as a new client since I very first sat in her chair. I love our nail sessions! Thank you Des!”
