She took the time to chat with me about my lash goals and offered great suggestions that really helped me decide on the perfect look. Her easygoing personality, combined with her excellent customer service, made it so comfortable to discuss what I wanted. You can truly tell how much Sandy cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to ensure you feel pampered and valued throughout your visit. Sophia, who also did my nails, did a fantastic job! I’ve received so many compliments on them since my appointment. Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive. We shared some great laughs during the process, and her vibrant energy made the experience even better. Both of them have such warm, easy-to-get-along-with personalities that it felt like spending time with friends. The salon itself had a cozy and inviting vibe, making it feel like a little retreat. When I left, I couldn’t stop smiling at my gorgeous new lashes, and it was a no-brainer to book another nail appointment with Sophia! “I had a wonderful experience taking Sandee’s eyelash extension course! She is so thorough, and provides and has a wealth of knowledge! She was very flexible with finding a date that worked for me to take the class, and is constantly available for any questions I have and ongoing mentorship. Sandee provided all the supplies needed, and on the second day of the class gave me extra easy fans, even though she had already put one tray in our kits. She walked through each step and gave a demo on how to do it, having us start from the hardest type of lashes to do to the easiest. She gave us homework to practice at home the first night and when I was struggling FaceTimed me to help. Sandee is so supportive and won’t let you quit even when you become frustrated and want to cry, one of the most encouraging teachers I’ve had in my experience. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience with Sandee, and was so proud with how well my first set came out- and that wouldn’t have happened if I went anywhere else!”
