Ombre nail spa

“I love the atmosphere. I went today just to get my nails done my natural finger nails done. I don't like any drilling on my nails. Because I got a pedicure and this was my go to place however I hadn't been back since last year. The lady drilled the side of my big toe which I asked her not to however she had already done the damage. Caused my skin to be rough on the side if my big toe. But I wanted my nails polished and my nails filed which the lady did a excellent job. So I still had 10$ left on a gift card my cousin had given me. So I'm not sure if it was applied or not but what I don't appreciate 🤷 is being discussed in their language about me. Never think a person isn't paying attention to body language we know when we are discussed which is very rude. And this is why I want be back. I wasn't sure if the gift card had expired or not but I do know 25$ to polish and file is way too much if the gift card wasn't applied then that's what should have been told to me. So the owner said 15$ so I paid and as I said the owner and the lady who painted my finger nails was talking about me in their language unacceptable.”

“I needed a pedicure before a trip and they were able to fit me in. My pedicure was done by Kim and boy did she hook my feet up! I haven’t had a pedi in a while as i wanted to give my nails a chance to breathe but it needed a good scrub and TLC. I love my toes! Thank you Ms Kim.”

“the pedicure was decent, but they wouldnt do tips or sns on my nails. my nails are naturally too short for just polish and i was getting them done for my wedding. they told one lady who wanted a fill in to come back monday, she couldnt understand, so one of them yelled " MONDAY, YOU NAH HEAR? MONDAY!" they were rude to my MIL and very pushy. we left only paid for the pedicure and went straight to Star Nails!”

“I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in!!!! The salon itself is beautiful and CLEAN!!! They have an air system that pulls all the dust and nail product smells out of the salon, so it doesn’t smell like most salons. I was very quickly waited on and sat into a pedicure chair. I had 2 people working on me at the same time- one on my nails and one of my feet. The massage with my pedicure was amazing. And my nails are gorgeous!!!! I was in and out quickly due to have 2 techs working on me at the same time. Very friendly and polite staff.”
