“Extremely rude and unprofessional I stopped halfway through getting my nails done and told the guy I no longer want the Service. I don’t know his name, but he was extremely rude. Even the lady that was sitting next to me getting her nails donesaid “he’s being rude.“ I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but this was only my second time coming here and I promise you it will be my last. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he had an attitude from the start. He said I couldn’t get that. I said OK fine I’ll just get a plain color no big deal. He continued, rolling his eyes and making offensive snarky remarks throughout the entire time. I asked for my complementary mimosa and he Acted like he didn’t want to get it. I said doesn’t it come with the Service? He took a long deep breath and said OK. What do you want. When I said forget it I don’t even want you to do my nails anymore. He said OK just get out in motion, his hands to shoot me away like I was a fly. I have lived in Greensboro all of my life, and I have been to several nail salons, I will never come back to this place. I didn’t even let him finish my nails. I will go somewhere else and get them done.”

“Absolutely love this salon. My Mimi started work here and while I am comfortable with her I wasn't sure about the salon. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, terrific staff and up to date equipment. Laid back, calm, relaxing, and just an all around great atmosphere!!! Do your self a favor and check them out!!!”

“I love this spot! They always make me feel welcomed and the center of their attention. I recently came with my daughter who had a picture of what she wanted and an IDEA of what color. She also got her toes done. Ben was awesome with her and help her pick best colors based on her 8th grade formal dress. He took his time, he interacted with us, very friendly and professional. I've found my home salon 😍”
